Scope of Work
Inspect the property, assist with claim support, and complete roof replacement or related work if approved.
Contingency
This agreement is contingent upon insurance approval. If the claim is denied, the homeowner owes nothing under this agreement.
Payment
Homeowner is responsible for the deductible. Insurance proceeds cover the remainder of the approved work.
Authorization
Homeowner authorizes B Strong Roofing & Restoration LLC to meet with the adjuster, communicate during the claim process, and submit supporting documentation as needed.
Cancellation
Homeowner agrees not to cancel after approval unless the contractor fails to perform.
